How long does it take to photograph a property?

Photography may last from 1 hour to several hours depending on the size of the property, the condition of the property, and the number of photos being ordered. We are better able to give you an estimated time frame when we talk with you about your order and specific needs.

Do I need to be present while you are on site?

Accepted Answer

It is not necessary for you to be present during the shoot, although we realize that some homeowners may feel more comfortable if you are there. If you decide to be present we simply ask that you and the homeowner not get in the way of the photographer so the best images can be captured for you.

Do you have a SentriCard?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a SentriCard to access properties in the event you or the homeowner are not able to be at the property at the scheduled time of the shoot.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry a $1M Liability Insurance Policy.

How quickly will my tour be online?

Accepted Answer

Virtual Tours are typically processed within 24 hours of the last shoot of the day. We will inform you if there are any anticipated delays in completing your tour.

Are your tours MLS compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are an Approved Vendor for MRIS and provide multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still meeting the requirements of your local MLS.

Can you customize my tour window?

Accepted Answer

Your tour window can be customized with your brokerage and branding. Let us know at the time of your order if you have any desired color scheme that you would prefer.

If I change my company or contact information, do my tours need to be re-created?

Accepted Answer

No. Simply let us know of the change and we will update your online profile. All of your tours will automatically update and the existing links to the tours will remain the same.

Can you add video, music, audio, floor plans, and a flyer to my tour?
